Who is behind The Kingfish? Owner and operator Garry holds over 13 years of seafood experience under his belt, passionate about seafood and creating an inviting atmosphere where customers are valued. He decided to embark on this new incredible venture with his wife Melissa by his side.
About our food… Serving up a simplistic and well-balanced menu consisting of the freshest quality seafood with inspired flavours of the Mediterranean. We source the freshest local produce and seafood hand-picked by our reliable suppliers. Expect a wide range of Australian & New Zealand seafood from Daintree & Moreton Bay, Queensland to Tasmania (Just to name a few!). We care about what’s in our food hence our carefully curated recipes contain the most natural and simplistic ingredients as possible. You may notice our menu alters occasionally due to continual improvements, seasonal selection and sustainability so that we can provide you with the most delicious seafood and value for money in Newcastle.
